PILATES

The Essential

Prerequisite for registration in group classes       $90

2 private introductory Pilates classes

  • Posture assessment
  • Introduction to the six basic principles
  • Introduction to the Mat, Tower and Reformer
  • Fitness level assessment
  • Practice of basic principles on the Mat, Tower and Reformer


One-on-One

1 private class  $65

The Duo
Semi-private classes for two students

The Social

Cancellation policy

  • Please advise us at least 24 hours in advance if you have to cancel a class or change your attendance to avoid a penalty.

  • Wear comfortable exercise attire; exercises are done barefoot.
